Our Founder:
Aline de Albuquerque Pereira is a multichannel marketing and communications professional with a proven track record of driving brand growth and enhancing public relations across various industries in various markets. Her career is marked by strategic relationships, leadership and innovative campaigns that have consistently delivered measurable results.
Her experience on client side covers some of the biggest companies in the UAE such as Head of PR & Communications at Allsopp & Allsopp Group, a leading real estate firm. During her term with the company she was instrumental in shaping the company’s public image and strengthening its market presence with nearly 1000 clippings in over 30 countries a number never seen by the company in a single year before.
Prior to this, from 2021 to 2023, Aline served as the Director of Communications and Public Relations at Raffles The Palm Dubai. There, she led the daily operations of the PR team, cultivated robust relationships with UAE media outlets, and crafted compelling content, including press releases and media briefings. During her tenure the hotel hosted over 600 influencers, hosted Conde Naste & Vogue events among over 200 journalists, editors from over 5 different source markets. Business collaborations with the American Embassy, HUNNA art gallery, E Entertainment, Netflix amongst other were also key partnership driven by her leadership which further exposed the business to key
Between 2019 and 2021, Aline was the helm of 50 Degrees Entertainment. She developed comprehensive marketing strategies, identified co-producing partners, and monitored company performance, elevating the company’s visibility in the inner circle of Hollywood movies. Her projects in this industry included films with Jennifer Aniston (Dumplin), Emily Clark (Above Suspicion), Emilia Ratajkowski (Lying & Stealing), and the one and only Kelsey Grammar (The Space Between)
From 2017 to 2021, Aline held the position of Group Marketing Manager at MTAF Group & SRG Holding one of the most prestigious developers in UAE as well as chairman’s investment company. There her experience covered Real Estate(investment and development), Hospitality, Beauty, F&B, Sports and Tech.
Throughout her career, Aline has demonstrated a deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and the power of effective leadership. Her strategic vision, innovative mindset, and supportive approach have consistently delivered measurable results. This experience enabled her to build a strong team of professionals with over 40 years of combined experience across more than 10 industries all joining The Solution, bringing their expertise to drive impactful results for the agency’s clientes.
